“Career sustainability includes life-long learning.” What do you do if you lost your job and don’t want to go back to your old career? “What do I want to be when I grow up?” is something everyone should ask and answer throughout their life. This presentation will explore ways to get direction and guidance for a new career, including the role of life-long learning and education in fulfilling that next career and job goal. The program focuses on practical steps.

Paul Cecala is currently the Coordinator of Career and Professional programs for the County College of Morris and has worked for several post-secondary career schools as Director of Career Services. As a Five O’Clock Club Certified Career Coach, he has been coaching since 1999 and has assisted over 2,450 people in either changing careers or starting their professional lives.
