Learn to
develop a marketing plan to distinguish the right opportunities and pursue them
with greater self-confidence during a workshop by Jason G. Sanders, founder and lead trainer at Flycast Training, on
Wednesday, November 12, from 9:30 am to noon at the Parsippany-Troy Hills
Library.
The tools Jason will present during the workshop will demonstrate how to create an individual plan to use as a Career Guide to Professional Success (GPS): translate your key skills and apply them to today’s market needs; increase your impact upon interviewers, network contacts and recruiters; identify key people in an organization who may hire you, and create a killer elevator pitch. “Nothing
happens without a personal marketing plan,” he said. “You may be missing great
opportunities because you are pursuing jobs that don’t fit you.” Jason Sanders has over 20 years of experience conducting executive searches for world class consulting organizations in a wide variety of industries and functions. He began his search career in a family business, where he successfully conducted retained searches for practice leaders, partners and senior managers. He has consistently looked for ways to apply new technologies to the process of executive search. For more information about Jason G. Sanders and Flycast Training, visit www.flycastllc.com.
