job search. Ms.
Bernstein has an extensive track record as a highly effective facilitator and trainer.
Working with business owners to develop the key initiatives that leverage
talent and help their businesses grow, she focuses on skill development for
confidence and professionalism, as well as other relevant performance
areas. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Ms. Bernstein has served a
variety of corporations in critical roles, where she directed both line and
staff functions. She is President of the MetroEast Region of NJ Association of Women Business Owners and has served on the Board of the Association of Women in Communications. A graduate of Montclair State University, she earned a certificate in Professional Coaching from Baruch CUNY Zicklin Business School iCoach, New York.
