time to relax,” Alissa Okrent’s newest program, Your Energetic Blueprint, will provide tips to feel calm, clear and
focused while learning to relax and breathe.
On Wednesday, March 18, from 9:30 am - 12 pm at the Parsippany-Troy Hills Public Library, Certified Life Coach Alissa Okrent will present her techniques for focusing on what is most important, making better decisions and enjoying time with family and friends. Alissa earned a degree in psychology from Clark University and has 25 years of experience as a fitness and wellness professional. She received a BCC credential in Life Coaching, a certified fitness trainer through American Council on Exercise since 1987 and most recently has completed her Master Certification as a Soul Language Practitioner. As an intuitive coach, Alissa uses Soul Language as one of her tools to help individuals get off the treadmill of self-sabotage and guide them in aligning with purpose, gain clarity and create an action plan that works for their lifestyle with Confidence.
