Difficult people are everywhere and come in a wide range of styles and varieties; learning to deal with difficult people is necessary to your own success both at work and in personal relationships. Join Coach Linda Trignano on Wednesday, March 9, from 9:30 am – noon at the Parsippany-Troy Hills Library to explore ways to communicate effectively.

Drawing on her many years of career coaching and interviewing experience, she will explore different styles of difficult people: some talk constantly and never listen while others must always have the last word. How difficult a person is for you to deal with depends on your self-esteem, your self-confidence and your professional courage. She will also discuss strategies to navigate the many styles of difficult people.
