After providing financial expertise to many well-known companies for decades, Marty Latman formed Latman Advisory Services in 2016 to fulfill his passion for helping business and people reach a higher level of success. His background of finance, operations and technology in many industries helps him pinpoint the issues that need to be corrected or improved to enable the business and people to reach their true potential.

 He is founder and current chairman of the Bergen Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), begun in 1991 as a forum for senior financial executives to share job opportunities and experiences. From an original group of 29, the chapter now numbers more than 5,300 members. The chapter has helped over 1,650 members reenter the work force since 2001.
