Because of a water emergency, the Parsippany-Troy Hills Library will not open until noon on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.

We will do our best to complete Part 2 of the scheduled class, the Success Stories workshop, during the condensed time frame, beginning at 12 pm, if repairs are completed and the library can open.
